To develop an awareness campaign about diversity at work, that speaks to both employers and employees. The goal is to recruit more seniors (50 +), people with a disability and immigrants.
A strong metaphor and unconventional image, to show that being different does not imply a lack of talent. On the contrary! The goal is to stimulate employers to look beyond appearances and to encourage employees to apply for the job they desire, regardless of their appearance.
A new version of the characteristic campaign image is launched every two months.
The ads appear in magazines of the 26 participating job sectors. The posters are spread through intermediaries and every sector receives a DIY toolbox.
The launch is supported by a press campaign, including a testimonial from someone from the target group. A large number of prominent people from the different sectors were present during the press conference.
The campaign was launched in the fall and was received enthusiastically by all the participating sectors. At the beginning of 2012, the second image will be launched.
